The article discusses the concept and methodology of creating specialized environmental GIS example, ?NP Khvalynsky?, and the main principles of its successful implementation. Provides the structure, content and describes the key features of individual modules specialized GIS –?Science?, calculated on the academic staff. Describes and uses a large number of sub-modules of specialized research – ?Availability?, ?load?, ?Snow cover?, ?Forester? and ?interface?

The article shows the main problem questions of Land use and development rules of settlements’ territories creation. Problematic aspects of Rules development related of making changes in existing Rules in accordance with the classifier of permitted land use, difficulties in identifying and mapping boundaries of zones with special conditions of use, resolve contentious issues at public hearings are defined.

This article represents structure and dynamics of anthropogenic geochemical anomalies halos within Saratov city territory as a result of the last 15th years research. 

Society development is closely related to collecting of geographicallydistributed information, where the main accumulation and storage role plays atlases, and electronic atlases. The article represents work periods succession of projecting and making of Saratov region educational- local history electronic atlas. Also some aspects of atlas making methodology are disclosed. 

The article provides an overview of the main types and features of cartographic support for the needs of tourists and tourist activities. An example of a modern thematic route is presented, as well as options for the compilation and layout of a tourist booklet. The research is aimed at popularizing regional tourism and attracting the attention of guests and residents of Saratov to non-traditional cultural and educational routes.

The article discusses the issues of territorial prevalence of colorectal cancer in Saratov. A statistical analysis of morbidity and an oncogeographical analysis of urban landscape sites were carried out. The study of the regional features of the spread of this pathology, taking into account risk factors, will help in the development of the direction for the active search for patients.

In the article, in a comparative analysis, for the periods from 1991 to 1998, 2015 and 2022, the issues of the territorial prevalence of basal cell skin cancer in Saratov are considered. The residential areas of patients were studied and mapped taking into account risk factors. The result of the study was an oncoecological analysis of urban landscape sites and the creation of a scheme for the active search for early forms of skin cancer.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the ways of using and accessing the Internet. In the course of the study, a sociological survey of respondents living in the city of Saratov was conducted, the results of which were compared with the average Russian statistical data.
